No, it’s simply being paused on our website. It continues to operate as usual in-store.

How can I redeem the A.P.C. Loyalty offer (a free item in exchange for 800 points)?
The A.P.C. Loyalty offer is still available in-store. If you're unable to visit, please reach out to our customer service team at info@apc.fr for assistance.
How can I get free shipping if I have Premium status?
Shipping is free for all online orders over €80.
Can I still collect points?
Yes, you can collect points on all your purchases made in A.P.C. stores. However, earning points is currently not available on our website. Points for orders placed during this period will be credited once the program is active online again.
Can I check my points balance?
It is currently not possible to check your points balance online. However, our in-store teams are available to provide this information at any time. You can also reach us by email at info@apc.fr.
